Mix the crème fraîche or sour cream, shrimps, mayonnaise, onion, chives, dill, Skreiperle and lemon juice in a bowl.

Rinse some lettuce leaves and place it on a plate. Transfer the mixture into the lettuce “bowls”. Garnish with dill and serve on toasted bread.
